Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-03
These terms apply to your use of 12 Zodiac Oracle and the purchase of full readings. By using the site you agree to them.
Entertainment only
12 Zodiac Oracle provides personality readings based on traditional Eastern zodiac culture. All content is for entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site is medical, health, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it should not be used as a basis for any such decision.
Digital product, delivered instantly
A full reading is a digital product. It is generated from the details you enter and delivered instantly after payment. Your reading is tied to an anonymous identifier derived from those details; if you move to a new device or clear your browser storage, you can restore the reading by entering the same details again (use the “Restore my purchase” option on the reading page).
The reading is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may export and share the report images we provide; you may not resell the service or its content.
Final sale
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by law or in cases of a verified payment/technical failure on our end.
The “This purchase is final and non-refundable” notice is shown directly above the pay button, and the pay button is only usable while that notice is visible.
If a payment succeeds but a verified technical failure on our end prevents delivery, contact us at [email protected] with your order id and we will make it right.
Pricing
The full reading is a one-time purchase of USD 4.99, or USD 1.99 when the invite discount is unlocked. The discount is unlocked when three share actions (a friend completing a reading from your invite link, or a shared report card) have been recorded. The price you are charged is decided at checkout; nothing you do in the app changes it on its own. Payment is a single charge — there are no subscriptions.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by PayPal, including guest checkout where available. PayPal's own terms and privacy policy apply to your payment details. We do not store card numbers or PayPal account information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms apply from the moment they are posted on this page.
